Why I Wear Gloves To Your Kink Event

In October 2021, I became a bartender at a local metal club. In October 2022, I left that job to focus on my degree. 

In between those two dates, the local kink club started to have private and ticketed events in the bar. These poems are about my experiences with these events, how I felt at the time, and subtextually about why I had to wear plastic disposable gloves whilst serving customers during these events.
